My mom used to prepare plant-based milks for me when I was little. Ever since then, I haven’t been able to stop drinking them.
In 2010
after university, I moved to Chile To my surprise, I couldn’t find any plant-based milks available. (not even in the stores!).
Real Homemade Milk
Because I wanted a real, homemade milk, the concept of the MioMat was born.
The Winner
After numerous prototypes and months of testing I finally found the winner.
A plant-based milk maker that will not only produce the finest plant-based milk possible but also vegetable soups and healthy porridges.

Thanks to this, the MioMat became an over-night sensation, even in a country where people didn’t know, that milk can also come from something other than a cow.

Today, after 9 years of development and real-life testing that resulted in numerous improvements, the MioMat is finally ready to expand worldwide and help even more people.
