Strawberry Cashew Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cococashew milk pulp
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup dates (pits removed)
- 5 strawberries
- 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- In a food processor add the cashews, coconut, and strawberries and process them into a fine meal.
- Add the dates and pulp into the food processor and mix well into a sticky mixture.
- Now form balls and coat them in strawberry dust, made out of freeze-dried strawberries.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
