Strawberry fruit porridge

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup millet
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • handful of cranberries
  • 5 strawberries
  • min/max cold water or pland-based milk


  • Soak quinoa, millet and basmati rice for at least 4 hours, ideally the whole night before. 
  • Put the ingredients into the MioMat.
  • Add water/milk between the MIN and MAX range.
  • Properly close the machine.
  • Plug in the MioMat and choose Porridge program by pressing the select button.
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 30 minutes, the MioMat will start to beep. This means your porridge is ready.
  • Unplug the MioMat and open it.
  • Decorate your porridge with cranberries and strawberries.
  • Enjoy it 🙂
