strawberry cashew balls

  • 1/2 cup cococashew milk pulp
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup dates (pits removed)
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries


  • In a food processor add the cashews, coconut, and strawberries and process them into a fine meal.
  • Add the dates and pulp into the food processor and mix well into a sticky mixture.
  • Now form balls and coat them in strawberry dust, made out of freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
