Ingredients
- 200 grams peas ( frozen or fresh)
- 75 grams spinach
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- vegetable broth
Instructions
- Peel and cut to small pieces all your vegetables.
- Put the ingredients into the MioMat milk and soup maker.
- Pour vegetable broth between the levels indicated inside the MioMat.
- Properly close the machine.
- Plug in the MioMat and by pressing the select button choose Creamy Soup program.
- Press the start button.
- After 30-45 minutes MioMat starts beeping, this means your soup is done.
- Unplug the MioMat and open it.
- You can also decorate it with coconut cream or grated cheese.
- Enjoy your soup 🙂
