oat milk porridge

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar/honey/white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • min/max coconut milk or any plan milk


  • Soak oats for at least 4 hours, ideally the whole night before. 
  • Put the ingredients into th MioMat.
  • Add milk between the MIN and MAX range.
  • Properly close the machine.
  • Plug in the MioMat and choose Porridge program by pressing the select button.
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 30 minutes, the MioMat will start to beep. This means your porridge is ready.
  • Unplug the MioMat and open it.
  • You can decorate it with any fruit.
  • Enjoy your porridge 🙂
