vegan porridge with blueberries and coconut

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • handful of blueberries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • min/max cold water or pland-based milk


  • Soak oats and rice for at least 4 hours, ideally the whole night before. 
  • Put the ingredients into the MioMat.
  • Add milk/water between the MIN and MAX range.
  • Properly close the machine.
  • Plug in the MioMat and choose Porridge program by pressing the select button.
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 30 minutes, the MioMat will start to beep. This means your porridge is ready.
  • Unplug the MioMat and open it.
  • Decorate porridge with any fruit.
  • Enjoy your porridge 🙂
