Healthy plant based milk porridge

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • min/max cold water


  • Soak rice, milletand cashews for at least 4 hours, ideally the whole night before. 
  • Put the ingredients into the MioMat.
  • Add water between the MIN and MAX range.
  • Properly close the machine.
  • Plug in the MioMat and choose Porridge program by pressing the select button.
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 30 minutes, the MioMat will start to beep. This means your porridge is ready.
  • Unplug the MioMat and open it.
  • You can decorate it with cashews, chia seeds or chocolate chips. 
  • Enjoy your porridge 🙂
