- 1 cup shredded coconut or coconut milk remnants
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons cane sugar or honey
- Sesame to taste
- 2 tablespoons chia for every 3 tablespoons of water (pre-soaked)
- Ground almonds (as a topping)
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the almonds.
- When everything is thoroughly combined, form little balls with your hands.
- Garnish with almonds and refrigerate until the bites are firm.
