- 2 regular US cups coconut pulp
- 2 regular US cups ground walnuts
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp cane sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp chia for every 3 tablespoons of water (pre-soaked)
- Ground almonds (as a topping)
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the almonds.
- When everything is thoroughly combined, form little balls with your hands.
- Garnish with almonds and refrigerate until the bites are firm.
