Program Cereal Milk
Time 25 mins
Servings 40 oz/1,2 liters
GRINDING CYLINDERYES

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups of almonds
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • clean cold water

Instructions 

  • Soak almonds for at least 4 hours, ideally the whole night before. 
  • Put the ingredients into MioMat.
  • Add water between the MIN and MAX range.
  • Attach the grinding cylinder to the top of the machine and turn it counterclockwise to lock it in place.
  • Close the machine properly. 
  • Plug in the MioMat and choose Cereal milk program by pressing the select button
  • Press the start button. 
  • After 25 minutes, the MioMat will start to beep. This means your milk is ready.
  • Unplug the MioMat and open it.
  • OPTIONAL: Strain your milk with the strainer that comes included.
  • Enjoy your milk 🙂
